Terms of service

Welcome to Reckle Modifications! By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully before making any purchases. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our products and services.

  1. Sales and Refunds: 1.1 All sales are final unless an error has been made by the development team. No refunds are permitted unless otherwise determined by Reckle Modifications. 1.2 Chargebacks and refunds without prior negotiation with Reckle Modifications are prohibited.

  2. Redistribution: You are prohibited from redistributing any products obtained from Reckle Modifications without our explicit written consent.

  3. Custom Orders: Reckle Modifications reserves the right to refuse any custom order at our discretion.

  4. Project Refunds: 4.1 Once a project has been started, you cannot request a refund. You will be provided with the completed work at that time or 50% of the original cost (if applicable). 4.2 Changes regarding textures, colors, or other personal requests are not guaranteed and are subject to our team's discretion.

  5. Payment: 5.1 Stripe invoices are the only accepted payment method unless otherwise specified. 5.2 Orders will only be processed once 100% of the total price has been paid. 5.3 For completed projects, payment must be sent within 48 hours unless otherwise negotiated with Reckle Modifications.

  6. Asset Usage: 6.1 Assets from EUP listings may not be used for personal EUP packs, listings, or projects. 6.2 Reckle Modifications is not responsible for any changes made by your development team to the received order.

  7. Commissioned Projects: 7.1 Reckle Modifications will not recreate a pack for the same department if another person desires it. 7.2 If you purchase assets for a server, they are only allowed to be used on that specific server. If you leave the server, the assets must be removed, regardless of the server's rules. 7.3 Purchased items are restricted to use on a single server only. Sharing assets among multiple servers is prohibited and may result in a ban and removal of permission to use the assets.

  8. Ownership and Transfer: 8.1 Purchasing from Reckle Modifications does not grant ownership of any products unless explicitly stated by Reckle. 8.2 You are prohibited from transferring ownership of any listing or product to another person or developer.

  9. Kit Purchases: 9.1 All kit purchases are final. If you purchase an asset creation kit/guide and encounter difficulties in creating the intended asset, you are not entitled to a refund. 9.2 Support may be provided, but all kits have been designed to provide the necessary information for creating the intended asset. Inability to follow instructions does not qualify for a refund.

  10. Discounts: You cannot stack discounts or use multiple promotional discounts simultaneously.

  11. Anyone is allowed to buy however ff you are banned from the discord for being involved with leaking, redistributing, or any other forms of illegally sharing paid files, you will NOT be given ANY support for our products. Purchase at your own risk.
  12. Acceptance of TOS: By purchasing from Reckle Modifications, you agree to this TOS, and you are held accountable for following the guidelines stated herein. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
